Comfort Care Transit is a transport service providing a range of seniors, people with disabilities, children, those who have trouble getting around or when loved ones are unable to help.
Our fleet of vehicles provides services for you be as independent as you want or as dependent as you need. People travel with us when parking costs are unaffordable or the commute is challenging.
We are reliable and we take great pride in being punctual and pick you up from your door. We pride ourselves on providing friendly, reliable, and dedicated service, with a focus on offering comfort and convenience to our clients.

OUR DRIVERS
Comfort Care Transit drivers are fully vetted and trained professionals. They have federal police checks, Working with Children certifications, and are accredited in First Aid and CPR. With clean driving records and training in all levels of client support, they provide door-to-door assistance, ensuring safe and reliable transport throughout each trip.

OUR STORY
Anita, the Co-Founder and owner of Comfort Care Transit, began driving her Grandmother Pearl to appointments. Pearl valued both the rides and the companionship, eventually offering to pay for the service. This inspired Anita to create Comfort Care Transit, recognizing a broader need for supportive transport services in the community.

ACCESS & ELLIGIBILITY
Accessing services is a simple, two-step process:
1. Call Comfort Care Transit between 7.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Fridays
2. A Comfort Care Transit team member will be there to help you navigate through the process and will take you through each stage of the journey.

We are an accredited NDIS provider and can help you get to your destination safely and efficiently. You are eligible for our services if you are under 65 years of age, have a permanent and significant disability and qualify under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

You are eligible for transport under Aged Care services if you –

PRICING GUIDE
Our charging is based on time and distance and prices are quoted on the requirements of each individual journey.
Transport Costs will include a $1 per km fee.
If you qualify for NDIS or Aged Care assistance then we will complete the work and invoice your provider.
A minimum time of 1hr is required for each booking.
